Panda Passage is now open! The Calgary Zoo welcomes adult pandas Er Shun and Da Mao and cubs Jia Panpan and Jia Yueyue for a five year stay. During their time in Calgary, the giant pandas will stay at Panda Passage, an exclusive, newly constructed habitat that promises to be a unique experience where visitors can discover so much about these charming and elusive animals. The Calgary Zoo is a leader in wildlife conservation, here in Canada and around the world. Your membership supports conservation efforts, with funds going towards supporting giant panda research projects. This will help further the conservation and recovery of giant pandas in the wild.
