The Saver – Films at the Fort

Our next Films at the Fort series is focused on Indigenous Films! Each movie features Indigenous actors and themes, and are created by Canadian filmmakers.

Tickets are $12 and includes popcorn and admission to the interpretive centre.

There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available for purchase.

THE SAVER

(Rated 14A). Based on a novel by Edeet Ravel, teenager Fern is determined to assert her independence and avoid following in her mother’s footsteps after her death. While taking over her mother’s work as a house cleaner, Fern finds a book on how to be a millionaire, and decides to follow it’s promise: ‘All you need to do is save’.
