Wild After Hours: Wild About Art

​Art, wine and food stations all in one night!

Support local artists and appreciate how nature inspires us all. There is an array of unique art of all kinds – painting, photography, sculptures, chalk, music, artistic performances and more. These inspiring pieces are paired with food and drinks with the zoo as the setting. A huge number of local artists will be demonstrating their skills live and welcome your questions and comments. Plus, if something piques your interest, you have the opportunity to purchase art on the night.

Your ticket includes admission to the event, alcohol tasting samples from participating vendors, chef attended art-inspired food stations, an art walk and sale, art demonstrations and live performances.

Time: You can start entering at 5:00 p.m. with latest entry at 6:30 p.m.  Animal buildings close at 6:00 p.m. Last call will be at 8:30 p.m. and the event ends at 9:00 p.m.

Wild About Art will be welcoming over 50 vendors to the zoo. Browse unique mediums including charcoal drawings, bronze sculptures, beetroot juice paintings, beeswax paintings, glass sculptures, Indigenous beadwork, photography, jewelry and so much more.
