Taught by instructor Margo Dodginghorse\, this 90-minute gentle yin-style yoga class will explore the concepts of cultural appreciation vs. appropriation in a safe environment and will support participants in setting their intentions for the new year. Margo will also share her journey in yoga and how it can be applied to living a wholistic lifestyle by applying the 8 limbs of yoga. Tickets include museum admission so you can enrich your mind as well as your body after the class. \nTickets \nAbout the Instructor\nMargo Dodginghorse \nMargo Dodginghorse is a Treaty First Nation woman from Siksika and Tsuut’ina. She is an entrepreneur\, community leader\, health and wellness advocate\, matriarch\, and all around badass. Margo’s upbringing has provided her a foundation based on spirituality\, wellness and connectiveness. Margo has found strength in her foundational teachings and has committed herself for nearly 20 years towards advocacy for the health and well-being of First Nations.
