Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame
New Military and Sport exhibit opening at Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame!
Play Hard, Fight Hard: Sport and the Canadian Military open late-March to December, 2017. It is a ground-breaking exhibit created in partnership between The Military Museums in Calgary and Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame exploring the relationship between sports and military service dating back to the First World War. Over 200 artefacts across fourteen sports will be featured as well as personal stories of Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame’s Honoured Members who proudly served in all branches of the military. Other programs such as Soldier On which uniquely combines military service and athletics are also highlighted throughout this new exhibit.

They’ll be turning down the lights, turning up the tunes, and inviting you to explore five floors of exhibitions.
