Unforgiven – Films at the Fort

This summer, we’re showing our Shot in Alberta film series that offers a modern take on the western genre. Tickets for Prey, playing August 26 at 7 pm, are on sale now!

Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the screening kicks off with a brief talk from an expert relating to the film’s subject matter. Every ticket includes popcorn and after-hours admission to the interpretive centre.

There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available for purchase.

From acclaimed Academy Award-winning actor and director Clint Eastwood comes Unforgiven, a western film that shows us there’s no such thing as black-and-white in any time, only shades of grey. A retired gunslinger reluctantly takes on one last job with the help of his old partner and a young man, drawn in by the large bounty. When blood demands blood, the question is asked: who is the hero, and who is the villain?
